To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Northern Germany.

This is where your knowledge is needed

  • Responsibility for sales growth and market expansion for the area of Germany (postcode 0-6)
  • Development of a sales and regional distribution structure
  • Expanding the customer base and developing business with regular customers
  • Regular customer visits and support with acquisition and trade fair activities
  • Active marketing of existing and new products of the Control & Automation (C&A) Group
  • Close co-operation with internal specialist departments
  • Carrying out market research within the customer base in order to stay informed about changing market conditions

What you bring

  • Successfully completed vocational training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in sales, ideally knowledge in the field of electrical engineering
  • Proven technical sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the gas engine market desirable
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (postcode 0-6)
  • Fluent written and spoken German and very good English skills
