This is where your knowledge is needed
- Account assignment and posting of incoming invoices with and without order reference
- Checking and booking expense claims
- Administration of the cash register
- Create internal invoices to associated companies
- Check and create credit notes according to company policy
- Bank booking
- Customer dunning process
- Administrative activities in the area of insurance
- Tasks in day-to-day business
What you bring
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- knowledge of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and accounting
- Experience with ERP systems & MS Office, especially Excel
- At least 3 years of professional experience
- Ideally in an industrial/automotive environment
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented approach to work, ability to work in a team
- German and English spoken and written
