OEM Sales Manager (m/f/d)

- Continuous market monitoring and analysis of the competitive situation
- Expansion of existing customer base and acquisition of new customers in coordination with sales management; focus: Europe
- Creation of technically and commercially competitive offers, follow-up and conduct of customer negotiations.
- Perception of active sales activities in the form of customer visits, acquisitions, trade fair appearances
- Collaboration and communication with internal departments such as R&D, purchasing, marketing, inventory management, service, finance
- Achieves sales and margin targets and ensures customer satisfaction from acquisition to series production
- Ensures order entry and further processing via the sales administration department in the ERP system
- Provides an overview of international projects, programs, and customer relationships.
- The position reports directly to the Sales Director and leads a small inside sales team for the OEM sector.
What you bring
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or business administration with technical knowledge
- At least 3 years of professional experience in technical sales/KAM at international OEMs, ideally engine manufacturers
- Good knowledge of MS Office, very good knowledge of Excel
- Teamwork, flexibility, resilience
- High willingness to travel; driving licence category "B"
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
