To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Senior Controller (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

This is where your knowledge is needed

  • Advising business units on business management issues and supporting change processes
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and US-GAAP, as well as budgets and forecasts
  • Transparent presentation of business processes in cost management
  • Preparing and reviewing cost and activity reports and validating standard cost calculations
  • Presenting variances from standard costs due to production and purchase price variances, as well as capacity utilization
  • Validating the determination of personnel efficiency
  • Developing investment and project plans using investment analyses
  • Regular updates and a transparent presentation of changes

What you bring

  • A degree in business administration with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting, or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial setting
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as proAlpha and SAP, and mastery of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work well in a team and present analyses confidently and independently
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial and analytical thinking, as well as excellent communication skills
