To strengthen our dynamic, international team at our headquarters in Celle, we are looking for a Team Leader Sales Operations (m/f/d) as soon as possible in a full-time position.

This is where your knowledge is needed

  • Head of Internal Sales Team (Order to order confirmation, inquiries and offers)
  • Coordination between customers, field service and production planning, finance and logistics
  • Allocation of components and parts according to customer priority
  • Analysis of key performance indicators (order intake, sales), regular reporting to management
  • Monitoring order processing, handling complaints and providing personal support to key accounts
  • Coordination of the annual budget planning and forecast
  • Analysis and control of sales processes, implementation of process improvements
  • Disciplinary and professional management of the back office team, onboarding, training and motivation of employees
  • The position reports directly to the Sales Director

What you bring

  • Completed commercial training and/or studies (business administration, industrial engineering)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, very good knowledge of Excel
  • Teamwork, flexibility, resilience, leadership skills and assertiveness
  • Low requirements regarding travel activity for participation in trade fairs and for meeting important customers
  • Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
