We are currently looking for a full-time Sales Representative International (m/f/d) to join our sales team from 1 September 2026.

This is where your knowledge is needed

  • Process customer orders, allocate delivery dates and subsequently send order confirmations to customers
  • Coordination of customer order deadlines with the relevant departments (production planning, purchasing, logistics, etc.)
  • Proactive communication with customers regarding adjustments to delivery dates and any potential delays
  • Responding to customer enquiries, calculating prices and submitting quotations
  • Active, prompt and friendly communication with all internal departments (production planning, procurement, logistics, sales, etc.)
  • Continuous monitoring and maintenance of master data within the area of responsibility
  • The role reports directly to the Internal Sales Team Leader

What you bring

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, further training is desirable
  • Several years’ professional experience in order control/management is essential
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Teamwork, flexibility
  • Good written and spoken German and English
